Homemade Taco Shell Salad

  • Tortilla shells
  • Bag of Shredded Lettuce
  • 1lb ground hamburger
  • 1 block or bag of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 jar salsa
  • Sour cream

Pre heat oven to 425

Spray a small round casserole dish with non stick cooking spray.

Gently push a tortilla shell into the dish, so that the sides fold in and rest along the sides of the dish. The tortilla should take on the shape of a bowl. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until crispy, set aside, continue baking amount of shells you’ll need.

Cook ground hamburger add taco seasoning and cook as directed.

Fill the shells with lettuce and top with seasoned hamburger. Sprinkle with cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
