- 1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. grated lime
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 c. Chablis/dry white wine
- 6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
Combine first 5 ingredients in shallow dish. Add chicken. Marinate 1 hour; turn once.
Grill 5 minutes on each side. (Spray grill first with Pam) Baste occasionally with marinade.
