- 1 tsp. mustard seeds
- 1 tsp. celery seeds
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 cup frozen apple juice, thawed
- 2 (15 oz.) cans green beans (Or garbanzo beans)
- 1 (15 oz.) can wax beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 green pepper, seeded & chopped
- 1 onion, peeled & thinly sliced
Mix first 5 ingredients together in a medium saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour boiled mixture over vegetables.
Cover and chill for 12 hours.
