My Mom’s Cucumber Salad

This is something I asked for as a child.

7 small to med cucumbers, sliced.
1/4 cup vinegar
1/8 cup sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all and mix well until all sugar is dissolved. Pour over sliced cucumbers. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill for about an hour.
Serve with a slotted spoon as a side to any fun summer time meal!

    I make a cucumber salad at least once a week, but I have never used sugar in it, thanks for something new to try. I am the only one that eats it in my house so I will have to figure out a small version. Thanks
