Cinnamon Chicken

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 TBS Italian-style seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
Place chicken in a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle evenly with ground cinnamon, seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
