This week I’m taking “Meatless Monday” a little further… as in, the whole week. Organic beef and chicken taste so amazing that they are indeed worth the cost. However, we need to trim the budget to stay on track for Christmas so I’ll try a meatless week and see how much I can save at the Co-op. Of course I’ll let you know how much (if any) I saved.
