Week 28 Menu

This week I’m taking “Meatless Monday” a little further… as in, the whole week. Organic beef and chicken taste so amazing that they are indeed worth the cost. However, we need to trim the budget to stay on track for Christmas so I’ll try a meatless week and see how much I can save at the Co-op. Of course I’ll let you know how much (if any) I saved.

    The total charge at check-out this week was $49 less compared to my normal spending average. So, my plan has worked so far.
